Body Building and Hypertrophy
In just 2-3 weeks on the carnivore diet, I managed to shed 20 pounds, and the results have been nothing short of transformative. By focusing exclusively on animal-based foods, my body quickly adjusted, and the weight seemed to melt off. I noticed improved energy levels, clearer mental focus, and an overall sense of well-being that I hadn’t felt in years. My goal is to stick with this for two full months, and if the first few weeks are any indication, I’m confident the results will keep getting better. Beyond the physical changes, I feel more vibrant and healthier than ever, ready to take on any fitness challenge that comes my way.
